If you’ve never tried Afghani cuisine, DO!

Well into our third week on holiday we were getting a bit tired of German food. One can only take so much bratwurst, sauerkraut, and Wiener schnitzel! We stumbled upon Rumi and were so glad we did! The restaurant is warm and friendly, the food was delicious! We ordered a ton of starters so we could try everything! It was a fun evening! We will certainly return upon our next visit to Munich and HIGHLY recommend you give Rumi a try!

Fantastic diner!

Was my first time and I Really liked it. Very good food, quality of ingredients, very tasty, perfect service and fast. Definitely recommend especially if never tried this type of cuisine. Thank you, merci and Bravo ! ????

Different, Excellent and flavourful cuisine; great service

Amazing food; great and somewhat different cuisine - one can tell they have a great cook. Atmosphere good and not pretentious. Great service. We had nr 70 and was truly great. Can truly recommend for something different and fine dining experience.

Delicious food, attentive service

We really enjoyed our dinner here last night. We had a fantastic salad, with a really good dressing, a vegetarian appetizer, and a delicious lamb dish with eggplant that was outstanding. The atmosphere was very nice, and the service was friendly. We will definitely be back!

A little Afghani gem...

10 of us visited this wonderful little restaurant in the heart of Munich Whilst parking was a little difficult, the restaurant itself was wonderfully presented with courteous waiting staff. Starters and mains were absolutely delicious. Not chilli hot but flavoursome. Rumi is highly recommended.. great food and service with a smile! Enjoy.

Fine dining in a relaxing atmosphere

The first time we had afghan food was a great experience. The starters , main course a nd dessert were all a delight.We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere in this well decorated place with friendly and helpful service.
