Ort / In der Nähe Nebelhorn
We started from the Audi Arena towards Nebelhorn and hiked all the way to Rubihorn. It is a steep way up but you get rewarded with a stunning view. The way down was via Gaisalp and Wallraffweg. Just incredible and, if you are fit, highly recommended!
This Place Is Amazing..We Loved It. Views Are Out Of This World. The Air Is So Clean. Cable Cars Spooked My Daughter Abit,And It Does Get Abit Squashed ( Like 50 In A Car) Had A Bambi Burger In 2224 Nebelhorn And It Was Yummy! Would Love To Go There Again.
We took the 3 lifts to the top of the mountain where there is a cafe and viewing deck. Then went down one stage to sit in the sun in deckchairs at another cafe
We have been up a couple of times before but have never made the top in Winter. The views are spectacular and you get to watch the brave souls starting their ski run from the top. If the weather is suitable, you’ll see the paragliders jumping off, soaring way up above you before descending down to Oberstdorf. The restaurant is very reasonable, price wise, and the food is good.
Not bad on a powder day
Small ski area but still a decent amount of skiable terrain on a powder day. If you decide to stay at the Hut on the mountain, watch out for school groups, they’re annoying.
A must see when in Oberstdorf! The view from the top is priceless, and the facilities (café, bathrooms etc.) are also very impressive at 2224 meters elevation.
We took the cable car up to the neblehorn, cost around 90euros (2 adults, 14 year old, and 12 year old (who was free) . We picked a fantastic day for it - it was the week before christmas, so not very busy with families or skiers. It was a clear, sunny which meant the views were spectacular, we could see for miles over the alpine peaks. We stopped for lunch at the restaurant at the top - food was great (although a little pricey, but was to be expected). We watched 2 paragliders take off which was amazing. We also trekked on the snow which the children loved. All in all an awesome day and would recommend highly
Nice view, nice hiking track but really busy area. At down station employees are not capable to tell you if it is praticable for hiking due to recent snow fall. Otherwise really surprise to see parents going in cable car to 2000 meters with 2-3 months old babies. They should be not authorized to go in cable cars and so high due to altitude. Health risk exposure
