Gone But Never Forgotten

Coming out of Trip Advisor retirement to mark the passing of my former workplace during the summers of 2001 and 2002. The place where I learned about professional cooking under the legendary owner, Charly Dullnig. I revisited as a guest in October 2016 to be greeted with the news that the guesthouse was possibly being demolished to make way for the expansion of the adjoining Schmidts Markt supermarket. This proved to be the case and Bonndorfer Hof closed for good in November. All the best to Charly and his wife Carmen. A happy part of my life gone.
