Run with passion!

Wow, what a find! We stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night stop over during a road trip and we were taken aback by it’s serene surroundings and the 5 star service. People here love what they do and you can see that everywhere: in the beautifully decorated rooms, the grounds and gardens and the amazing on site gourmet restaurant. The owners are fully involved in the day to day operations and this makes all the difference in the world- the service is without fault and you really feel welcomed! The only thing missing is aircon if you struggle with heat in summer, and a pool for a dip during hot days on these amazing grounds. :) I would come back in a heart beat and hope to visit again soon!

Service .. wow

we had only 1 night as a weekend break. Arriving around 13h our room was ready. The spacious Juniorsuite has a gardenview and the interior was Mediterranean with its terracotta colors. Maybe a bit dark in the winter, only thing we missed was a coffeemachine. The hotel is on the outskirts of Lindau and it is a 40min walk or take the car to get to the old Lindau island. We also had dinner in their Restaurant, a great experience. Excellent service, attentive and knowledgeable. Amazing how well they remembered our name !!

Definitely our favorite Hotel on the Lake of Konstanz

We stayed in the Hotel Villino for three nights. We found the place on the web when we searched for a Hotel close to Lindau. The location is a bit outside of the main city in a calm place. The Hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas time. The style and the ambiance is amazing. The owners and staff are friendly and we always felt welcome during the stay. The Breakfast was just excellent. There is a real service on the table not just the ordinary self service. We liked every minute on this location and we promise to come back.

Beautiful hotel and gardens

This property exceeded our expectations in every regard. The service was outstanding. The decor of the hotel and our room was first class. Our breakfast at their Michelin rated restaurant was superb. The gardens and grounds were beautifully landscaped and maintained. Our best hotel stay of our trip.

Outstanding charm

The service and the friendly staff together with the charm of the property makes this an outstanding hotel. Also the restaurant is a favourite of ours. We have stayed five times or so at the Villino and will come back many times!
